Giveaway Rules Page

1. Eligibility:
   • The giveaway is open to all residents who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.
   • Employees of Matt’s Auto Detailing and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry Requirements:
   • To enter, participants must follow all instructions provided on the official giveaway post or platform.
   • Only one entry per person is allowed per giveaway month, unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
   • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Winner Selection:
   • A winner will be randomly selected at the end of each month from all eligible entries.
   • The winner will be contacted via the method of entry (e.g., social media message, email, or phone).
   • If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, another winner may be chosen.
4. Prize Details:
   • The prize is one (1) free exterior car detail service provided by Matt’s Auto Detailing.
   • The service includes the detailing package specified in the giveaway post. Additional services or upgrades are not included but may be purchased separately by the winner.
5. Prize Claiming:
   • The winner has exactly one (1) month from the date they are announced as the winner to schedule and redeem their free car detail.
   • If the winner does not claim or schedule the detail within this time frame, the prize will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
6. Service Terms:
   • The winner must bring the vehicle to the designated location for service unless otherwise agreed.
   • The prize cannot be applied to oversized vehicles (e.g., RVs, commercial trucks) unless explicitly stated.
   • The vehicle must be in a condition suitable for detailing (e.g., free from excessive damage or hazards).
7. General Conditions:
   • Matt’s Auto Detailing reserves the right to modify, cancel, or suspend the giveaway if any fraud, technical issues, or unforeseen events affect the fairness or integrity of the contest.
   • By entering, participants agree to the use of their name, vehicle photos, or likeness for promotional purposes, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
   • All decisions by Matt’s Auto Detailing regarding the giveaway are final.
8. Liability Disclaimer:
   • Matt’s Auto Detailing is not responsible for any technical errors, lost entries, or issues beyond our control that prevent participation.
   • The giveaway prize is awarded “as is,” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied.
